Diqmaq Khait Hamasnaih

This walnut wood armoire, crafted at Mashghal Buni, features its entire surface covered with intricate micro-mosaic and geometric strapwork. The mother-of-pearl inlay was carefully hand-sewn into the wood using the "khait" (thread) technique — among the most demanding in Damascene marquetry.
